Team 800 responded to Mellon Rd. at the S & S Quick stop for a Diesel Fuel Spill assisting Station 64 (White Valley). A truck trying to avoid a collision with a vehicle hit a light pole and fire hydrant rupturing its saddle tank.

Rescue 800 was dispatched as the R.I.T. for reported wires burning on the outside of the building at R.E. Uptegraff Manufacturing (SARA reporting facility) in Scottdale (Station 58). Uptegraff command reported the wires had burned off of the building with no extension.

Rescue 800 was dispatched as the RIT for a house fire on Hill top Ln., Derry Twp., assisting station 71 (Bradenville). Original report was of a chimney fire, but first due units reported extension and requested the working fire readout.

Rescue 800 responded as the RIT for a structure fire in Mount Pleasant boro at the Pritts Feed Mill. Units were able to contain the fire to the area of origin. Team 800 operated on scene for 1 hour and 20 minutes with 8 members.

Team 800 was dispatched to the Municipality of Murrysville to assist Station 20 (Murrysvile) with a tanker truck hauling home heating oil on its side. Units from station 20 were able to determine that the tanker was not leaking, and Team 800 units were canceled.

Rescue 800 assisted Youngstown (Station 39) as the RIT for a house fire on Newmeyer Ln. Originally dispatched as a chimney fire, the fire extended into the structure. Team 800 operated for 1 hr and 25 minutes with 16 members.

Rescue 800 responded as RIT to the St. Barbara's church, on Raymaley rd in Penn Twp. (Harrison City's district) for a structure fire. A fire started in the tabernacle area of the church. Units were able to keep the fire to the area of origin with no extension.

Rescue 800 responded as the RIT to the old Pipe town Hotel in Unity Twp. to assist Station 73 (Whitney - Hostetter) with a building fire. Crews battled cold temperatures, but were able to make a nice stop on the fire.

Team 800 responded to Irwin to assist Station 57 with a diesel fuel spill. Diesel fuel entered the storm drains and nearby creek. Team 800 contained the spill in the creek with an underflow dam. The team operated on scene for nearly 3 hours.
