Team 800 was requested at approximately 2000 hrs to assist and support New Kensington City FD with the containment and mitigation of a vehicle accident involving two 55 gallon drums of used oil damaged/breached. Team 800 members assisted with spreading of absorbent on contaminated areas and using pads to mitigate the spill.

Team 800 officer requested to Ligonier Township for an ongoing fuel spill situation involving a heating fuel tank. PA DEP, PA Fish and Boat Commission, and the Local EMA also responded to the scene. The incident involved a saturated soil area and required a minor stream side mitigation.
